Ingredients
- Rice - 1/2 cup
- Lemon - 1
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Urad dal - 1 tbsp
- Salt - To taste
- Turmeric - 1 tbsp
- Hing- A pinch
- Peanuts - a handful ( roasted)
- chilly - Red ones - 3 to 4( If you are using green chillies slice them finely and add it while frying)
- curry leave - few(wash and chop finely)

Preparation Method
Pressure cook rice and switch off.
Heat a pan & add roast the peanuts. Keep it aside. Add add 1 tbsp of oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add urad dal, chilly, salt, turmeric, curry leaves and fry for few minutes. Switch off.
Leave it for some time. After it gets cool down slice the lemon add the juice. By this time the rice would have got cooled down. Add rice along with peanuts and the fried items. Mix well and serve.
Note:
The rice should not be hot while adding the mixture. If the rice is hot it will get mashed while mixing with the fried items.
